Outcome of Face-to-Face Counselling

AXA ICAS is in the process of introducing the use of the CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation) system for all face-to-face counselling clients. Once in place, the system will be used on an ongoing basis to gather outcome data from both affiliates and clients on subjective wellbeing, symptoms, risk/harm, life functioning and work functioning pre- and post-intervention by AXA ICAS. Data will be continuously analysed and amassed and will be used to report back to clients on efficacy and outcome in their annual reviews, as well as in a large-scale AXA ICAS outcome study.
